Banana Protein Shake | A Sweet Pea Chef


Hey there, Lacey here with A Sweet Pea Chef,
and today I’m going to share one of my favorite protein shakes with you today, and that’s
my banana protein shake. This shake is so easy to make and really delicious. We probably have it a good two to three times
every week. So let’s get started. Add the unsweetened almond milk, full-fat
plain Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, frozen banana, and ground cinnamon into a
blender and then blend until smooth. While you don’t have to have a frozen banana
for this protein shake, I like having a frozen one instead of ice because that’ll make it
a lot creamier and thicker without diluting the flavor. If you find that your shake is too thick,
you can add a little bit more almond milk and then blend again, or if it’s a little
bit too thin, you can add some ice in and then blend. All right, so I hope you enjoyed this banana
