HOW TO GET PREGNANT FAST | 8 Natural Ways + Supplements Advice!

I Personally know the struggle and the sadness that comes month after month when you get those negative pregnancy tests So I did a ton of research and I was able to take that Along with my knowledge that I have for my holistic nutrition degree and come up with this eight step plan And I’m really excited to share with all of you today When you’re struggling with fertility and or on your fertility journey And you jump on to Google it can give you an answer to everything. I call it the kitchen sink of advice It’s hard to know where to start. So these eight steps really bring it back to basics and I found following these basic steps I’m going to share with all of you today put me on the trajectory to simplify my lifestyle understanding my fertility in taking ownership and Finding empowerment in that. I hope you find this video useful and any products or supplements I mentioned will be listed in the description box down below So make sure hit that expand arrow and you can take a full look at everything we’ve discussed today So let’s go ahead and get into it Okay The first step and while this might seem like the most basic one out there is birth control and getting off birth control Our bodies have been trained to be on what I like to refer to as low battery for years upon years even decades From taking birth control. So while I know getting off the pill seems really obvious We actually need to retrain our bodies and our minds to clear those past thoughts We used to have when we were younger, you know the ones right gosh, I can’t get pregnant or it would be Terrible if I were to get pregnant, right, we all know the thoughts, right? Well, we also all know the importance of the mind in the body connection We’ve set in our minds hundreds. If not thousands of times throughout the years how terrible it would be to get pregnant so I want to encourage all of you to feel empowered in knowing your fertility and Looking at fertility through a different lens Fertility is not a disease yet We’ve been medicating ourselves against it with birth control for years when you think of it from that perspective Fertility is natural and healthy yet. We’ve been taking a medication to stop it It is not a disease and we need to retrain our brains and our minds and our bodies To know that this is not something we need to medicate against now. I’m not saying I’m 100% against or for synthetic contraceptives I’m just saying we need to refocus and look at our bodies and our minds through a different perspective when it comes to birth control our second step is to actually fire up that Reproductive system and a wonderful way to do that is to committing to drink red raspberry leaf tea I’m talking four to six cups a day so what this does is it tells the body to lactate which helps communicate the reproductive system that has time to Reboot and turn all of your burners back on I have some red raspberry leaf tea that. It was really helpful for me to drink this tea first thing when I woke up I would squeeze a little bit of lemon into it also around that 3:00 p.m. Slump and then again at night before bed There’s really communicated to my body that it was time to go we were ready to be fertile and to reboot that system third tip that I want to share with you is Fertility tracking this had to have been the biggest game-changer in my entire journey in attempting to get pregnant Before I started tracking my fertility I didn’t know very much about my cycle just surface level that menstruation came roughly every 26 to 28 days it would last three or four days and that was about it. I didn’t know when I was all 18 I didn’t know the days that would be fertile I didn’t know a whole lot when I started tracking my fertility with a fertility tracker. I felt really empowered I knew so much more about my cycle. I knew the days of ovulation I knew when they were coming the device that my husband and I use was the baby comp mind you this was five years ago now in 2018 there is a whole bunch of them out there that are a lot more Affordable the baby comp at the time. I think was five to six hundred dollars, but it was definitely worth the investment Because now we do use it as a form of birth control natural family planning However, now they make fertility trackers you can sync with your phone I haven’t even seen some that are a watch very super convenient But the way that I went about this is I would take my basal body temperature It was the first thing I did when I woke up in the morning It was a wonderful asset and tool to empower me to learn more about my cycle and get in touch with my fertility Which I think was greatly helpful along my fertility journey okay, the fourth tip and this one might seem extra silly but it was something that my OB recommended to me about six months and After my husband and I were trying to conceive and that was not to stand up and go to the bathroom after intercourse I know the first reaction is to get up and use the restroom But you actually want to remain flat you don’t have to raise your legs in the air She told me but it is important to remain flat and not to stand up after intercourse for about 30 to 45 minutes All right Our fifth tip that we’re going to discuss now is a prenatal vitamin You’ve heard this from anybody and everybody once you get married people will say – Oh, are you on a prenatal? Are you gonna have babies you should consider taking a prenatal, right? We’ve all heard it before but let me break this down to a little bit differently Let’s use a different analogy when we’re going to talk about prenatal. How about coffee? Right all of us? Love coffee if you’re craving a really delicious pour over coffee Or a flat white or a latte is your first thought to drive through your nearest fast-food restaurant Probably not when you think about that high-quality coffee that you want to drink when you’re really craving it You’re probably gonna go to Starbucks or your local coffee shops to get that delicious High-quality coffee same goes with your prenatal. You don’t want to buy those prenatals that you find at your bulk grocery stores, right?
