Green Gram Paniyaram with Leftover Green gram Idli Batter Green Chillies, Coriander Leaves, Ginger, 1/2 Onion, Spring Onion, Chopped Carrot, Purple Cabbage, Red Bell Pepper Carro, Purple cabbage and Bell pepper, Spring Onion, Onion=10-12 Gms of Carb Green gram has carb lesser than other Dals Add all the ingredients to the batter and mix well. As the batter has salt no need to add salt Now take Paniyaram Mould and add few drops oil in each mould . Pour the batter in each mould and cook in a medium heat by covering with Lid. This has low carbohydrates compare to rice batter and has nother nutrients . Good for Diabetes persons Flip them until they are done Repeat the process Green Gram Paniyaram is ready.
