The Orthostatic Test is
really good as a general test. If you’re doing it often enough,
for example, three times a week, then not only does it get you to stop and think about the training you’re
doing that’s impacting you. You have to think about how you feel
and subjectively measure yourself. But then you can objectively
combine that with data and I think the two together acquire
a powerful tool that you can use.
