Hi! I’m Zane from Atlantis Skincare and today I’m going to talk about Sea Buckthorn Oil. Sea buckthorn is a plant which is very popular in my country, which is Latvia. Sea buckthorn oil is packed with more than 119 nutritions and plant materials and fita-nutritions. For example Vitamin C in Sea buckthorn oil is 12 times more as in oranges. Vitamin E is the same amount as in wheat germ vitamin A are four times more as in carrots. So this is just about vitamins It also contains minerals, fiber proteins, and make it fantastic power food for you to take internally. Also sea buckthorn oil contains enzyme, which is similar to enzyme in ginseng, but it’s much more bigger quantities in sea buckthorn oil as in ginseng. It also contains unique combination of Omega Omega-3, omega-6, omega-7 and Omega-9 which is unusual for plants, and I don’t know any other plant which contains all 4 omegas. Also Sea buckthorn oil is loaded with antioxidants so basically not only vitamins, as I mentioned already, but also minerals, Cooper, iron, selenium magnesium. It’s also loaded with polyunsaturated fatty acid, which is the part of our cell membrane.
